It is with great excitement that we announce registration for the 19th WFOT Congress is now open. Register before the 9th October 2025 to secure your early bird discount.
Registration Fees
The WFOT Congress 2026 will be held as an in-person event to ensure the most effective use of our resources and provide attendees with a focused, high-quality experience. At this time, a hybrid option is not viable and meeting in person allows us to maximise the value of participation for attendees. Recordings of the plenary sessions will be made available after the event.
All registration prices are in USD. To qualify for the Other Income economies rate, you must receive your main income from a country that is not classified as High Income according to the World Bank classification. The classification can be found by clicking here.

*Student rate: The Student Rate applies to those who are a student at the time of registration, or abstract acceptance, or have a student card valid in 2026. Students are those studying in an entry level education programme to become an occupational therapist, or qualified occupational therapists who are undertaking full time doctoral studies or similar post entry level education. A valid document, i.e. student card or letters issued by the school/university/institution must accompany the student registration.

Entitlements
In-person Full Registration entitles attendee to:
- All Congress sessions
- Refreshments each day
- Congress programme handbook, Congress app and attendee materials
- Access to the Welcome Reception on 9 February 2026
- Opportunity to purchase tickets to the Congress Party, Professional Site Visits and Education Day
In-person Day Registration entitles attendee to:
- All Congress sessions on day of registration
- Refreshments on day of registration
- Congress programme handbook, Congress app and attendee materials
- Access to the Welcome Reception on 9 February 2026 (Monday registrations only)
Other Events
In-person Full Congress and Day Registrations on the 9 February 2026 include admission to the Welcome Reception. Additional tickets will be available for an additional cost.
Congress Party costs are additional to Congress Registration. Attendees and their guests must purchase individual tickets to attend the Congress Party. Tickets will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Professional Site Visits and Education Day costs are additional to Congress Registration.
You can add other events to your Congress registration, either at the time of registration or later by modifying your registration through your registration confirmation.

Payment
- All Congress payments must be received prior to the Congress. Payment can be made via credit/debit card only at the time of registration. If you have no means of paying via card, please contact the Congress Office at WFOT@thinkbusinessevents.com.au
